A partnership is not a longer statement of work. It is a shared product with a shared bar for quality and a clear split of what each side owns.
We take these when the problem is one we would build anyway — and when the other side brings distribution or domain we do not have.
If you want a vendor, send a brief. If you want a partner, say that in the first sentence.
