Notes on remote expert work

Remote expert work fails when the task is fuzzy and the review is vibes. We write the rubric first. Then the task. Then we open it.

Experts submit against that rubric. We accept, reject, or send it back. Pay is recorded on accept. There is no mystery invoice at the end.

If you are faster than the estimate, you keep the difference. If the work is not there, we do not pay for it. That is the whole contract.
